A record, not a verdict
The companion helps you remember and organise what you entered. It does not tell you what a symptom means or what to do with your medicine.
Keep the date you planned separate from what actually happened.
Record occasions, times and optional notes without judging the day.
See what you recorded across dose periods without claiming cause and effect.
Collect questions and create a concise record to print or save.
Why Quiet feels different
Many trackers are built around weight targets, calorie budgets or daily streaks. Quiet is built for recall: what happened, when it happened, and what you want to discuss next.
Record eating occasions without a “good” or “bad” score.
Missed days stay blank; the app does not punish or congratulate.
Your working record stays in the browser, with optional encrypted backup.
Early buyers keep access when the standard price increases.
Built with regulated-data experience
Quiet draws on 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical data integrity and validation. It deliberately stays on the record- keeping side of the line: no diagnosis, dose recommendations or claims about cause and effect.

What it never does
The working record stays in this browser. Add passphrase protection, download an encrypted backup, or sign in to keep an optional encrypted cloud copy for recovery on another device.
Clearing this site’s browser data can remove the record.
Cloud backup is manual and only stores a passphrase-encrypted copy.
The cloud copy cannot be opened if the passphrase is lost.
Use only the schedule and dose given by your healthcare professional. For medical questions, use the official leaflet and contact an appropriate professional.
